For women, VT 2015

Welcome to a context where you as a woman can explore and integrate different aspects of feminine being. Where you can rest – in dourselves and in the community - and where you can let loose, Find joy, glow and authentic force. Maria Vikman and Candra Karlholm lead this group for women who want to strengthen the connection with their own inner world as well as the sisterhood with other women.

“Here we get the opportunity and space to land in the body, i nuet, and notice what is. We get the opportunity to explore new approaches to feelings and relating, and we train ourselves to be in the flow of life without losing our inner anchoring. The autumn term's group was very much appreciated, and now we look forward to starting a new circle in the new year!” Maria and Candra.

The structure of the meetings is similar, but the content is varied depending on the group's interest and needs. A recurring feature is movement / in, meditation, communication exercises, relaxation and massage / respectful touch.

Maria and Candra have led women's circles for several years, both together and separately, and has, among other things, attended Awakening Women's women's group leader training. They enjoy creating and being in 'women's rooms' with a safe and permissive atmosphere, where you rest in the realization that everything changes and nothing needs to be fixed to be complete.

• Temple group spring term 2015: eight Sundays at. 16.00 – 18.30. Pre-registration is required - goes well via the form below! You pay an amount for all evenings.

Sometimes Maria and Candra also arrange full day workshops, which are then open to all women subject to space.
