Family constellations with Candra
Family constellations are a profound method of making visible the invisible loyalties, traumas and dynamics that often live on in our lives without us being aware of it. When we carry something that actually belongs to a previous generation – a loss, a debt, a role – can we feel lost, hindered or responsible for things that are not ours.
In a constellation field, it becomes possible to see these patterns - and to take a step towards more freedom, love and presence in the life we actually live today.
What can be examined in a constellation?
– Relationship problems
- Feelings of not belonging
– Recurring life themes such as grief, debt, anger or emptiness
– Bodily symptoms with possible connection to the systemic field
- Decision, path choice, or the longing for deeper self-knowledge
How does it happen?
We work in groups, where one person at a time gets to explore their theme with the support of Candra as facilitator and other participants as representatives. You can participate actively with your own constellation or join as a representative and observe - often just as touching and instructive.
About Candra
Candra Karlholm has many years of experience in working with supporting people's personal development. She is trained in systemic constellation work by Svagito Liebermeister, whom she also assists in Sweden and internationally. with heat, clarity and knowledge, she creates a safe and living place where transformation becomes possible.
