Sometimes it is worth remembering how much that is independent of us, inside us and around us, in cells and in space, and everywhere in between. From that perspective, it is not so much we actually controls. It can make us feel small, but it can also open us for an experience of trust.
By this mindfulness exercise, you can deepen your experience and understanding of the attitude of trust. Just as when you water a plant in a garden grows and flourishes that you give your attention in this way,, in your mind and in your life.
The attitude is both a door, a road and a destination at the same time.
