Description
Practice of the nine attitudes in mindfulness with Candra Karlholm: patience.
Meditation consists of a short introduction, body scanning and exploration of the attitude.
What is patience for you?
How does it feel in your body?
Can you be patient with yourself?
Where in your life can be patience to bring something, just not?
We live in a time of fast-paced where quick results and effective solutions, it is expected and demanded. We are rushing all the time to the next target, both outside and inside.
If we are always on the way we lose what is this, not – the only thing we can actually experience the real.
And some things can not be pressed and stressed out.
Quite a lot is actually beyond our control and moving in its own rhythm.
We can train ourselves to find our patience (” mode to tolerate”?) and deepening our breathing.
By this mindfulness exercise, you can deepen your experience and understanding of the attitude of patience.
Just as when you water a plant in a garden grows and flourishes that you give your attention in this way,, in your mind and in your life.
Patience is both a door, a road and a destination at the same time.
