It opens our eyes to things we have but tend to forget and take for granted. Gratitude is a wonderful quality that helps us focus on the positive in our lives and make it grow.
By this mindfulness exercise, you can deepen your experience and understanding of the attitude of generosity. Just as when you water a plant in a garden grows and flourishes that you give your attention in this way,, in your mind and in your life. The attitude is both a door, a road and a destination at the same time.
