Meditation consists of a short introduction, body scanning and exploration of the attitude.

What is it to let go of you? How does it feel in your body when you let go, just not? Where would it be able to bring something to your life, if you let go?

The Rhythm of Life is a flow where things come and go. The more we can be open to the flow of the easier. Sometimes we have a hard time letting go of how we want things to be, even though we've actually received us – it can be a struggle. But we can train ourselves to pay attention to the flow of experiences, from one breath to the next, and it can help us also deliberately let go when we need.

By this mindfulness exercise, you can deepen your experience and understanding of the attitude at letting go. Just as when you water a plant in a garden grows and flourishes that you give your attention in this way,, in your mind and in your life.
The attitude is both a door, a road and a destination at the same time.
