Through these meditations you can deepen your experience and understanding of the nine attitudes in mindfulness.
Just as when you water a plant in a garden grows and flourishes that you give your attention in this way,, in your mind and in your life. The attitude you choose is both a door, a road and a destination at the same time.
Each meditation is C:a 20 my long and contains consists of a short introduction, body scanning and exploration of the attitude.
You can practice the same attitude for a long time, or try and relax all nine as you think.
