Description
A guided mindfulness meditation and with Candra Karlholm.
Practice of the nine attitudes in mindfulness with Candra Karlholm: Curiosity.
Meditation consists of a short introduction, body scanning and exploration of the attitude.
What is curiosity for you?
How does it feel in your body if you receive next experience like you've never experienced it before?
What happens if you regard yourself and the world around you with curiosity?
every moment, each breath is new. We ourselves and the world around us is changing at every moment. But usually we see it. When we learned the names of things and start using words that represent them, we forget to experience what the words stand for, even when it's right in front of us. Then we are not really present,, not quite awake. The medicine can be curiosity. To regard the world with the eyes of a child, like you never seen it before, can awaken our senses, our creativity and our joy of life.
By this mindfulness exercise, you can deepen your experience and understanding of the attitude of curiosity. Just as when you water a plant in a garden grows and flourishes that you give your attention in this way,, in your mind and in your life.
The attitude is both a door, a road and a destination at the same time.
