Description
A guided mindfulness meditation and with Candra Karlholm.
Practice of the nine attitudes in mindfulness with Candra Karlholm: non-quest.
Meditation consists of a short introduction, body scanning and exploration of the attitude.
What is non-quest for you?
How does it feel in your body when you allow yourself to pause for a moment and do not strive for any goal?
Where non-pursuit to bring something into your life?
We are constantly on the road. Physically, mentally – Perhaps the emotions also draws us toward a beckoning goal elsewhere. But the fact is that if we are constantly striving away from the present moment, we are not present here, where life is going on at this moment. We may need to practice just to be here and take a break from planning and performance. Put away our agenda and receive the moment as it comes to us.
What happens in the meeting?
By this mindfulness exercise, you can deepen your experience and understanding of the attitude of non-pursuit. Just as when you water a plant in a garden grows and flourishes that you give your attention in this way,, in your mind and in your life.
The attitude is both a door, a road and a destination at the same time.
