A guided mindfulness meditation and with Candra Karlholm.
Practice of the nine attitudes in mindfulness with Candra Karlholm: non-judgmental.
Meditation consists of a short introduction, body scanning and exploration of the attitude.
What is non-judgmental for you? How does it feel in your body if you receive the here and now without evaluating it? Where non-judgmental bring something into your life, just not?
We are used to constantly think, think, evaluate and judge all that we experience.
Our mind is occupied with the almost uninterrupted.
But it is possible to cultivate a non-judgmental attitude, where we learn to be with that no matter what it is or what we think about it.
When we get the distance to our reviews, we have access to a kind of gap – a small space that can make it possible to respond rather than react to the situation we face.
By this mindfulness exercise, you can deepen your experience and understanding of the attitude of non-judgmental. Just as when you water a plant in a garden grows and flourishes that you give your attention in this way,, in your mind and in your life. The attitude is both a door, a road and a destination at the same time.
