The earth that feeds us, Our parents gave us life, everything and everyone in us and helps us… It enables us to give our turn, in everyway possible, to our world. It may be worth paying attention to how it feels and what happens when we give from the heart.
By this mindfulness exercise, you can deepen your experience and understanding of the attitude of generosity. Just as when you water a plant in a garden grows and flourishes that you give your attention in this way,, in your mind and in your life. The attitude is both a door, a road and a destination at the same time.
