The body is our home, our fixed point, essential for our life and consciousness. Yet it is easy to take it for granted, forget it, or consider the critical eye in the mirror. This is an exercise for those who choose to take a moment to feel in your body and listen to it. There you have everything to gain – To be friends with your body!

In this guided visualization exercise strengthens the feeling of being good enough just as you are!
Feelings of inadequacy and stress part of everyday life for most of us. Maybe they do we pressure ourselves even more to catch, fix and try to get that perfection, at least passably… But how often do we feel satisfied? How often do we even have time to feel and appreciate what we have already achieved and managed? Once we have the chance, it can be hard to wind down and not just rush towards new goals.
